The July 14th, 2009 Meeting came to order at 6:00 PM with Board members Joe Ripoli, Diane Rettke, Jim Montgomery and Paul Williams present.  Wendy Parks from Hawthorne Management Company (HMC) was also present.

 

AGENDA:

·        Landscape committee update

·        Homeowner review of compliance letter

·        Tennis court nets

Landscape committee update: Dean McHam

·        The landscape committee will discuss the status of the trees to see if they are infected or otherwise in jeopardy

·        The irrigation system at the front entrance to Falcon Ridge has been repaired.  A defective valve was replaced and the flowers are recovering.

 

Homeowner review of compliance letter

·        A homeowner asked the board for guidance on how brig their home into compliance with the governing documents.

·        The homeowner committed to the board that the issue would be resolved in the next few weeks.

 

Tennis court nets

·        The tennis court nets are showing signs of wear and need to be replaced.

·        The board voted and approved the purchase of two new tennis court nets for installation ASAP.

 

Clubhouse: Joe Ripoli

·        The water fountains are leaking.

·        Repairs should be done this week.

 

Miscellaneous

·        The board approved a payment plan for a homeowner.

·        HMC will send a letter to a homeowner whose house colors are not in compliance with the governing documents.

·        The homeowner letters with the details of the Annual General Meeting are to be mailed this week.

 

Our next Falcon Ridge meeting is the Annual General Meeting on August 11th at 7:00 PM at the Highland Creek Sports Club.

The Falcon Ridge HOA Board regularly meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Clubhouse.  The first 30 minutes of the meeting are reserved for the Executive Board session during which time the Board will address specific resident issues.  Homeowners are welcome to attend and listen to the Board proceedings at 6:30 PM.

 

If you would like to address the Board with an issue or concern, you will be provided with a scheduled time and date.  Please submit your request in writing ten (10) days prior to the Board meeting to:
