Failure to complete all items on this checklist will
result in forfeiture of partial or full security deposit.
Cleanup should be completed within one hour of event. Please
leave this checklist on the kitchen counter.

- Complete the following items:
- ________ Clean the bathrooms.
- ________ Clean the kitchen cabinets and counter tops.
(This includes the laminate surface on the side of the
kitchen bar area.)
- ________ Clean the refrigerator and sinks.
- ________ Clean and return all furniture (tables, chairs
etc.) back to the original location.
- ________ Sweep and mop all vinyl floors.
- ________ Vacuum the carpet. (Use the Chem Dry spot
cleaner, located under the kitchen sink for any stains on
carpet or upholstery.)
- ________ Clean glass doors.
- ________ Close all windows and adjust blinds to position
“as found”.
- ________ Turn off ceiling fan and lights. Reset
thermostat: Summer (A/C) 78 degrees,
Winter (Heat) 65 degrees.
- ________ Empty trash cans and replace with fresh liner.
Garbage must be put in large containers located to the
left of the club house.
- ________ Reset the Alarm System as you leave and
return the key to the 8525 Condor Circle.
