5/31/07 - Homeowners...are you aware that there is a GE recall on our 'Profile' model dishwashers?  If you have a Profile dishwasher installed in your house you need to check out the GE recall message at www.geappliances.com.  There is a link on the left side of the page for "Dishwasher Recall".  You will need to have your dishwasher model and serial numbers, found on the inside of the dishwasher door.  You will be able to schedule / secure an appointment time online.  They will ship the needed part to you and then arrive to correct the issue at no cost!

The issue is that if you use the Jet Dry liquid product in your dishwasher, it could be causing an impact to the wiring inside the dishwasher door that could possibly result in fire!

Please go to the GE website above and see if your dishwasher is at stake!
