The Clubhouse Committee has reviewed its policy on Falcon Ridge Homeowner rental of the Clubhouse and would like to announce the following change.

FALCON RIDGE RESIDENTS ARE NOW INVITED TO USE YOUR CLUB HOUSE “FREE”.*
*If you have a group of 12 adults or less and you are a Falcon Ridge Homeowner.
Renter’s signature on our standard rental agreement is still required.

** Rentals to Non-Falcon Ridge Homeowners is not allowed! **

Clubhouse Rental Procedure Hours:
Sunday – Thursday 8:00am to 10:00pm
Friday – Saturday 8:00am to 10:00pm
Rental Time: 5 Hour Maximum

1. Call for available date from Falcon Ridge reservations—Irma Mushatt @ 704-948-3623 or Calista Vaughn @ 704-948-1739

2. Pickup Falcon Ridge Rental Agreement and the key from Irma Mushatt @ 9109 Kestral Ridge Drive or Calista Vaughn @ 8516 Condor Circle.

3. Complete Falcon Ridge Rental Agreement and return to Irma Mushatt along with deposit and rental Checks (2) Rental $50.00 Deposit $150.00 Make checks payable to: FR HOA

4. Return key after function or next day per agreement.

5. Deposit, less any clean up/damage deductions, will be returned after inspection is complete.

6. PLEASE bring your own supplies for cleanup!

7. NO SMOKING in the Clubhouse!
