Question: What do I do if I don’t have an e-mail address, but want to be notified of community events or activities?

The FR HOA has email addresses that are accessible via the internet. These are reserved for homeowners that do not currently have an email account but do have access to the internet.

There is also an Information Board on the front porch of the Clubhouse.

Question: What do I do if I have a problem with the Landscape Company?

Contact Hawthorne Management Company at 704-377-0114.  Be sure you write down the name of the person you talked to and the time of the call to reference later if needed.

Question: Where can I find more information about the landscaping at Falcon Ridge?
